This 3-hour symposium is the third in a series of educational materials for technologists scanning cardiovascular exams. We have emphasized the importance of patient preparation, the use of cardiac medications, IV contrast and indication-based protocol parameters in the previous two courses. In this course we will explain how these key elements of cardiac scanning impact the post processing outcome. There are several different applications that can be used to create a multitude of images. How we create these images and what they are used for will be explored in this session. |
