Overview

This is the seventh annual Southern California Kidney Symposium with the theme “New Trends and Innovations in Kidney Replacement Therapies”. Invited faculty from USC and several other North American academic institutions will present in a hybrid format, either in person or virtually through the Whova platform, before an audience of clinical and research faculty and trainees. New clinical and research findings will be presented on topics in several broad areas, including: 1) the latest clinical considerations and trends in dialysis; 2) transitions between dialysis and transplantation; 3) updates on inpatient kidney functional assessment and replacement therapies; and 4) novel CKD therapies and kidney replacement options.
