As such, it will improve their competence and performance as they apply the knowledge in their practice, which will, in turn, translate into better patient outcomes. The career development topics will help the women gastroenterologists and other women providers navigate the challenges they face in their careers, whether in private practice or academia, to find success and progress further in their chosen paths.

Target Audience

This activity is designed for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals interested in treating women with gastrointestinal illnesses and in the career development of women providers in gastroenterology.

Learning Objectives
